Lovely comfortable pads for those days! I have used for over a year or more and found my period days are much shorter. This could be due to using something so pure in nature, other pads normally have all sorts of chemicals which I believe caused more bleeding and in turn led to longer days and the use of more toxic pads. I have recommended Natracare to friends and have had no complaints.

Good napkins,if heavy flow is your issue then you will change more frequently, but natural napkins are still far better and healthier vs reg napkins. No bleach , chemicals etc.
