Only had the wheels for 3 weeks and they have already fallen apart. The tyres look like they have disintegrated

Pros: + Perfect fit for my scooter + Looks kinda cool in the dark + Never punctures Cons: - Riding comfort worsened. They are kind of flat, so turning or tilting the scooter feels a little awkward. - Hard to install (just the first time, then you get the hang of it). My air-filled tire punctured on my Xiaomi M365 scooter. So I ordered these, as I was thinking I'd probably need to replace the other tire as well soon. I boiled the tire for 10 minutes, and after getting the technique right, it's quite easy to install (around 10-15 minutes. To my "luck", after I installed this tire - I rode around 1 km before my other air-filled tire punctured, and then I had to change that one as well.
