Do this help rosacea at all?

Yes, for me it does. Although I would limit the time you leave it on until you get familiar with how your skin reacts. And limit the amount you use. I use it about 1x per week..in combination with other sulphur soaps. *Very important* look into Demodex, it’s a microscopic mite that we all have on our faces in our skin. *People who suffer with rosacea are linked to having Demodicosis or just a higher number of these mite than normal. I suffered terribly with this last summer (I now know to be from from taking oral steroids for an asthma flare up.) and mild rosacea since my teens. and thanks to heavy research and looking through amazon reviews :) I found answers and a solution. Yet most doctors aren’t even aware of this, or fail to recognize the connection..and would rather prescribe prescriptions which do nothing to address the root cause. It literally saved me from so much pain, redness, uncomfortably.

Can I use a moisturizer after this product ?

I don't see why not. This mask will leave your skin super clean, but not dry (but, I have oily skin so works for me). I always use moisturizer in my routine regardless of what products I use.

How long it takes to deliver this product?

I got mine rather quickly. It arrived in the time frame given (3 to 5 days).

Is this mask good for sebaceous filaments

No it has sulfur in it which is a drying agent so I don’t think so
