Great tool, easy to time outboard engines as it’s battier powered, as you would expect the strobe can’t be seen in bright sunlight but that’s nothing I wouldn’t expect.

Fantastic tool. Works great and durable design. I accidentally dropped it into a bucket of gasoline once and it still works to this day....except the LED.
