don't know, do not have a perm, it is great on natural hair.

Can white people use this?

Yes, I’m white and I use it! I started out using only a little bit to get a feel of the consistency but it doesn’t way my hair down or make it look at all oily. It’s very nourishing and doesn’t sit on your hair, but it also probably depends on the texture of your hair. I hope it works as well for you as it does for me. I’ve already noticed a huge difference in how my hair looks and feels.

Do you put this on wet or dry hair

Hello! You can put it on wet hair - use can daily or every other day as needed. Apply a small amount to hands, rub together, and work through hair. Can also be used as a setting cream to create soft, smooth and shiny two strand twists and twist-outs.

Can white people use this

Well I’m not entirely sure for this particular product. It depends on your hair texture. I have a multiracial background so my hair doesn’t exactly follow the rules. It’s both coily, curly, and a few semi straight/wavy. I use it when my hair feels wire like. It makes it easier to separate when it’s tangled. But it really goes back to your texture. My grandma has naturally straight frizzy hair. I can rub a quarter size in my palms. Starting from end to roots, it gives moisture without weighing it down. Give it time to soak in. I made the mistake of putting a whole palm full in at once while sectioning my hair. I just felt damp and heavy. My curls wouldn’t curl. I brushed it in a bun and it looked like I straightened it. Once I washed it out the curls came back.

This milk moisturizer not only smells amazing, but comes with the added bonus of doing exactly what it says it will. There is a noticeable difference in the texture of my hair when I use it consistently. It goes super well with the curl cream too!
