Good quality
I have read some previous reviews before deciding to buy this product. At that time, I was not expecting that the product is good enough. However, I still decided to buy because the price was fairly cheap. After using the products for several weeks, I think it has a good quality

Not for Large Hands
The dimensions of the overall grip are accurate, but I wish they would have been a bit more detailed. My palm width with tightly closed fingers is about 10cm. The back grip handle is 9cm and the front squeeze handle is 8cm, so this grip is small and uncomfortable for my hand. I've tried using it several ways and using it for more finger strength, but it's not the same. Fortunately, it fits my wife's hands perfectly, so she's opt'd to keep it. If you have larger hands and have been weight training for a few years, look for something bigger.
