I had originally bought this plate out of necessity because I needed to cover the hole left by my old doorbell. I was expecting a cheap, quick fix and got more than I expected with this. It's made out of thick, high quality plastic that doesn't have any flex to it and with a matte color that is very appealing. It feels heavy and sturdy in hand. It has simple guides on the piece itself that aid in installation with the Nest Hello. The Hello bracket sits perfectly in the slots. If you need a wall plate for your Nest Hello, this one is it.

This is a product I didn’t know I needed until I saw it. Having the extra 1-4” between my brick wall and the back of the Nest Cam helped accommodate the wiring. Plus the flange surrounding the cam helps cover the holes from the old doorbell. Overall looks great and was easy to install in under five minutes.

Very simple and clean product. Easygoing installation and it does what it supposed to: Making Nest Hello looking better like it belongs on my outside wall and covers all holes from previous unit. What’s else can I asked for?

Looks great. Only 4 stars because it is plastic (quality plastic, but I wish it was metal).

Product saved the look of my door bell. My previous door bell hole was too large to be covered by the nest cam.this plate gave us a nice finish. Looks amazing. Only issue is if you install the plate as designed with the angle bracket it’ll leave a gap between the camera and the plate. Simple solution is to install it upside down. No gap and look great.
