How to sharpen. I had to Google
Rimmel Scandaleyes waterproof gel pencils (which appear to be plastic but are actually a specialized, sharpenable material) can be sharpened using a standard, high-quality cosmetic pencil sharpener. Insert the pencil into the smaller hole, apply gentle pressure, and twist slowly to avoid crumbling the soft, creamy formula.
