Bought this after having an Old Fashioned at a bar that used this in their garnish. We went home and immediately made the garnish ourselves — sliced clementine marinaded, baked, and dried (search YouTube for specifics). We ended up packaging them in small airtight containers and kept some for ourselves and gave away others to friends. Everyone has loved them. Our friends sent us pics with other drinks they‘ve used them in. It’s now their go-garnish. Well worth it.

This is basically brown sugar in a liquid/paste form.

Pretty good. A little will go along way. I kept putting too much in and the taste was very artificial and crappy, but the less I put in the more the brown sugar flavor comes out. It worked really well once I figured that out. I wouldn’t recommend this as a topping at all though.

It was okay but the flavor was too concentrated and tasted sour
