I absolutely love these Ukonserve stainless steel containers. They are sturdy, well-made, and feel very durable. The stainless steel is high quality and does not hold onto odors, which is something I really appreciate. The best part is the tops. They seal tightly and securely, giving me confidence that nothing will spill or leak. I also love that the tops are easy to open and close without any fuss. Very high quality stainless steel here. Heavy gauge and cleans easily. The lids are oddly heavy as well - much more so than plastic. I feel like the lids will last a lifetime. They are bit snug making them tricky to install but that makes them very watertight. I wouldn't put them upside down in my computer bag with chicken noodle soup but they are definitely slosh-proof if kept upright. I don't have a microwave so I can't confirm if they work in there (some steel alloys can be microwaved).

These are high quality, long lasting food storage containers that are great sizes for either a large salad to go, or leftover soup. They seem to be leak proof and the silicone lids fit well and don't easily stain. We've had a 50oz for a few years and it is still like new (we use it constantly). I just purchased a nesting set with another 50oz as the largest size in the set so that my husband and I can both have our own giant salads for picnics etc... looking forward to many years of use. these go a long way in helping us eliminate the dependence on plastic. very satisfied with my purchase.

My husband and I bring our lunches to work and have been trying to cut back on the use of plastic bags. I purchased multiple sizes of these containers and this particular size fits a sandwich perfectly! The container seals well and is great quality and prevents us from filling our landfills with plastic baggies. I hand wash the containers each night after work so we can pack our lunches each morning. I’ve not put them in the dishwasher but it would definitely hold up.

These are pretty good. I was happy to find a good lightweight option for taking food to work. The tops can be tricky and are a bit unstable. They are fine when just in the fridge but can be pulled out of place when moving the container in and out of a bag or if something else rubs against it. I appreciate the concept, but wish they were a bit more reliable. Overall, this is a good product especially since the containers are light but NOT plastic.

Expensive but top shelf. Didn't know anything about stainless steel boxes so I purchase what looked like the best to educate me about the design. Meduim thickness but seems to hold up. 100% silicon lid was difficult to snap on at first but got better after washing and seals very well. Works well for lunch sandwiches or salad. Easy to wash. No plastic involved. Last forever. Can not micro wave but can put directly in oven without lid.

We have been using these for about a year and we love them. They are sturdy but lightweight for bringing lunch to work, and they seal nicely. My only minor complaint is the silicone lid absorbs/retains the fragrance of our dishwasher detergent… perhaps I just need unscented detergent!

Amazon & U-Konserve product descriptions say containers are "crafted of 18/8 stainless steel", but these specs don't appear on the product or package. U-Konserve's website also claims product is "free of BPA, BPS, Phthalates, and lead", but package only states "free of BPA & BPS". There is NO product insert/spec sheet to support any of Amazon' or U-Konverse claims.
