This book teaches why a win-win is not the best way to negotiate and more importantly why is it important to be empathetic when negotiating. And how empathetic negotiations can be highly effective than adopting a strong arm approach against your counterpart. Read it!

Arguably the most helpful " self help " book
I got to know of ths book through Chris's youtube channel. His delivery and practicality made this a no brainer for a purchase, it's packed with practical lessons that you can apply and interesting stories, Never Split the Difference is very digestable to beginners of this genre.
