Got a swollen lip 3 hours after taking one pill. I mistakenly took 1 pill instead of 2 and 3 hours later, my mouth is itching and lips are swollen. I am a very allergy resistant person and for this to have given me an allergy is something scary. Stay away people. I cannot even return this and get a refund.

Felt a difference in my energy levels instantly. I felt great the whole day until I would go to bed to sleep. But I had to stop as it gave me gout flares so you need to be careful if you have history of gout. Will use it again once I drop weight.
