I bought these a couple of weeks ago. Originally, I started with Nature Made SAM-e and found that even though they are enteric coated, they caused massive intestinal disruption, gas, cramps etc.. I switched to this one Nature's Craft because I didn't see any complaints on stomach issues plus they are capsules. Erring on the side of caution, I dumped out half the powder of the capsule to start with just to make sure. If you research the net, you will see that some of us are very sensitive to meds and supplements so better to start out slow. Background: My husband's health declined as a retired disabled veteran over 21 years. These last four years were the toughest. I was working full time and also dealing with his issues and appointments. He went on dialysis in 2017 and things got worse from that point on. I'm the type that refuses to acknowledge that I have any issues bigger than what I can fix myself. I have never been on anti-depressants or anxiety medications. However, what I was witnessing in his situation was really destroying me. And realize we had very little family or friends who cared (only my adult daughter). He went in for a surgery that turned into two surgeries in the first week of Jan 2020 and died. Two months later the pandemic hit and that isolated me even MORE. The company I worked for closed its doors. I struggled in 2020 like everyone else financially, emotionally, etc.. I also have back and hip pain as I have gotten older...not bad enough to scream about but enough that it affects me. Arthritis runs in our family and my dad had spinal stenosis at a later age than I do but I figure I'm probably heading in that direction. No doctors will see me anyway right now. So recently I tried the first SAM-e that gave me stomach and intestine issues. Then two weeks ago I got this and am only taking half a capsule and OMG I feel like a new person. More energy, clearer head, my pain is reduced everywhere phenomenally and the anxiety and sadness are gone (different than long term grief which takes time) that kept me feeling paralyzed. I'm 59, by the way. I hope this supplement keeps working because this is the best supplement I have taken along these lines all year. I tried other supplements geared for anxiety, depression, etc. and none of them worked well or gave me weird side effects. This one does what it's supposed to do and no side effects. I take it before lunch and it lasts until late in the evening. Thanks for helping me get back on track after such a trying time in my life!

I very rarely leave reviews however I must say that this is one of the best purchases I’ve made on Amazon thus far. After being diagnosed with Clinical Depression I learned a while ago that I didn’t not want to continue down the medical route to help with my depression due to the unpleasant side effects I experienced from several meds. I did a lot of research on my own and decided I would try SAM-E in conjunction with Ashwaganda and Bacopa....What an amazing decision that was! After the first 3 days of taking this product with those, I felt a complete difference. I found myself smiling more often, laughing and playing with my children and pets more, and also I notice my energy level and concentration is outstanding. I take 800MG (2 Pills) a day in the morning on an empty stomach and then I take the Ashwaganda and Bacopa once I eat breakfast. I have not discovered any side effects and I have not had any anxiety associated with taking all three supplements together. I’m so glad that I found this product and I honestly must say that Nature’s Craft now has a forever customer!

Has Worked well. I did notice my stress level less- had a 'calming' feeling and I didn't feel overwhelmed and my moods were better. Also, my focus was way better and combined with the calming feeling I was able to be more productive and organized. I started with one pill a day, then moved to two to keep the focus and good mood throughout the day. Pills are easy to swallow, there is no taste, but I do recommend to take with some food as it did make me slightly nauseous on an empty stomach. Overall, it works well and will keep taking.

My second pregnancy really changed my brain chemistry and hormones. I did not experience that the first time, other than the standard stuff everyone jokes about. I had become quick to anger and loose my patience that was much more intense than it should have been. There was a deep, strong anger that would arise when the littlest thing would trigger it. Capsules are on the larger side, but not humongous. I took before meals, as directed. Felt a slight stomach ache, which seemed to happen almost every time after taking – so I’m afraid these are not for me. Your experience might be different.

I take these for my self-diagnosed ASD. I jokingly call them my "SAME" pills because they make me more like everyone else. Regardless of brand. SAM-e just seems to work better if taken an hour or so before a meal. I take all my daily supplements before breakfast. Even if some would be better taken multiple times throughout the day, I can't be bothered with that much scheduling if I can help it. Anyway, after taking I can feel my head clear up and my mood brighten. When taken with food, that effect is muted a bit. You will also want to refrigerate this, if possible. It tends to absorb humidity and clump together in the capsule. I can't say if it's less effective. But seems better when refrigerated... so I guess logic permits.

I’ve been getting these for a couple years now & they have always been great until this recent time. Every single pill looks like this… it’s not even powder form. It’s hard & doesn’t even fill the capsule. And when you break the capsule it doesn’t break up into powder when you try to mash it up. It’s disgusting. Who knows what this stuff is & how long it takes your body to break it up. This isn’t the same stuff I’ve been ordering for years. And the expiration date is good for over a year. It’s also discolored from what I usually get from this brand. I’m very disappointed. I also reached out to the company & haven’t heard anything back, despite the website saying they will reach out within one business day. I wasted my money - don’t waste yours!
