Bit of muscle needed
Does exactly what you want them to do. But takes a bit of force to get them to work. Best thing is to do is slam them against the floor and..... Bingo, you have a cold bag

Use similar items at work. In severe pain and on 2 day course so ordered 4 to get me through day before. Sadly items came and box must have been thrown as 3 packs did not work would not get cold so won't buy again
