Broken needle !!!
I have had this product for the past 6 months and the needle is already broken, I have no idea how to replace it nor am I able to contact someone !!! It's such a waste of money, really broke my heart to find that there is no replacement !!

beaware that its a side motor
perfect device for me and meet my expectations but takes time from me to know that there is a rubber around the base need to be attached with the motor

Great for Vinyls
The product is amazing for Vinyl Cds! The sound is loud and clear, a bit of scratching though but it makes the experience vintage! However, playing via bluetooth gives a very low sound! The disc could have been a little bit more stable to produce better sound quality.. However, it's a great gramophone.

Continuous slowdown of the turn table RPM
I have done two times repairs after RPM of the turntable goes down. Not recommended for long lasting use. I have to use as a show piece now after 16months…
