it turns on for few seconds and gets off
I used it for very light purpose only. Its been less than a year and the straightner is not turning on anymore.i would either like an exchange or refund or repair service please

Bad product
Waste of money. Does not meet my expectations. I used it and it barely straightens the hair. You cannot even know the temperature being used.

Wir haben den Satin Hair 7 lange im Einsatz gehabt – und ich sag’s ehrlich: Das Teil hat richtig abgeliefert. Ob schnelle Morgen-Routine, Partystyling oder „Oh Gott, das sitzt gar nix“-Tage – es war immer zuverlässig zur Stelle. Die IONTEC-Technologie hat sichtbar was gebracht: weniger Frizz, keine fliegenden Haare, dafür gepflegt-glattes Ergebnis ohne Hitzeschäden. Die Temperatur lässt sich individuell einstellen, die Keramikplatten gleiten sauber durchs Haar – nichts ziept, nichts reißt, selbst bei dickem oder störrischem Haar. Und obwohl das Ding einiges durchgemacht hat (Stürze, Reisen, Dauerbetrieb), lief es bis zum Schluss zuverlässig. Das Handling ist top: leicht, liegt gut in der Hand, und das Kabel verdreht sich nicht ständig. Wird schnell warm und ist sofort einsatzbereit. Eben Braun-Qualität. Fazit: Wer ein Glätteisen sucht, das nicht nur gut glättet, sondern auch durchhält, ist hier genau richtig. Kein überteuerter High-End-Kram, sondern ein ehrliches Gerät, das richtig was kann – und lange durchzieht. Empfehlung aus Erfahrung!
