The taste is very unpleasant with an old smell . The consistency makes it difficult to swallow, so I couldn’t tolerate taking it. Quite disappointed with the quality. I wouldn’t recommend this product.

Good tasting vitamins that seemed to have all that’s needed. Be wary, though, if shipped in hot weather, they might stick together.

They are good, but it does have a slight smell and after taste to it. They are not like the gummies you get at the store they are a little less gelatinous but overall they are quite a good way to get your vitamins if you have consuming pills. I haven’t noticed any energy increase but I bet it’ll help in the long term
