Helped my allergy
I had allergy from cosmetic products on my face skin. I read in internet that this could help my allergy (just had to take it for 3 weeks). It has smth to do with kidneys. I was taking 4 capsules every day and yes, in two weeks I got the result. I can use creams on my face again. I recommend.

Is Calcium Citrate good for you?
Last year I found out that my body rejected calcium citrate which is the most common form sold over the counter. In fact it wasn't letting my body absorb calcium from food either. My provider switched me to calcium gluconate and things have been fine since.
