This 2nd gen AirPods are great. Just make sure don’t use it for a long time since that might create ear infections or ear ache.

Not the latest version, the pods are significantly longer than the latest airport, but a budget friendly alternative.

Working perfectly

Writing this review after almost using the product for 2 months as I wanted to test the product to its maximum. At the time of buying this product I have read many of the negative reviews and was confused if to proceed with the purchase. I don't have any idea on how those negative reviews came to this, but I am 100% satisfied with the product. For those wondering how to check if the product is genuine, here are few of the tips I got from online. 1. Before removing the seal, enter the serial no: to the apple website and check if the product has been purchased before or if the serial no is invalid. 2 If your serial no: is perfect and still want a second level of assurance, check the way by which the Airpods connect to your Iphone. The genuine airpods connect seamlessly to your iphone just the time when you open the lid and you can also see an animation of the airpods running on your screen. You can also check online many ways to test if the product is genuine but I found those mentioned above a perfect way to come to a conclusion.

Several things to complain about here. The only good thing about this product was how quickly it arrived- but I attribute that to prime membership. I recieved the item brand new, and it worked perfectly with my iphone 6s. ZERO success with my Macbook 2015. It sounded like a $3 dollar earphone set, extremely muffled and distorted sound quality. I changed the sound settings so the input came from the Macbook rather than the airpods (which I absolutely should not have to do in the first place) and this actually worked... UNTIL I removed the airpods, which pauses audio, and then as soon as I put the airpods back in which unpauses audio- IT REVERTED BACK TO GARBAGE SOUND QUALITY. I restarted my laptop, I tried out my plug in headphones, another bluetooth connecting set of headphones belonging to a friend, and ALL worked fine. The issue WAS the airpods. The process of repairs had SEVERAL issues. It was the most frustrating thing ever: 1) I requested a repair "to a certified repairman" (what is this even supposed to mean to me? WHO??? Even after it allegedly arrived to the repair man, I was never told which company it was!!!), and sent it off to amazon on the 30th of September. 2) Amazon did not update the repairs process at all- it remained saying "Repair requested- it will take 14 business days to be repaired and returned to you." This implied 14 days including arrival to amazon, repairs, and return to me. It also never updated about who the repairs company was, when amazon shipped it out to them and if they received it, if they diagnosed the problem, whether they fixed it etc. 3) So on the 12th, I asked on support chat where the product was. They said it will come to you in 48 hours latest. I said alright fine, because I'm flying out in 4 days. So on the 14th morning, I contacted support again to ask where the product was and if it was repaired. This agent tells me it is 14 business days from when the repairman receives the item?!?!? Which was NOT CLEAR AT ALL in the repairs status. 4) Next she tells me if I want to cancel repairs and issue a refund, the item will come BACK TO ME, then I have to ship it BACK to Amazon again. WHY can't it just be done directly from the repairs? All the necessary returns information is ON the package, which I taped myself. Overall, a massive massive waste of time. This product was a gift. I'm going to get it a month later than it was due. On top of that, I wont even get the airpods when I need them. I'll be out of the country then.

The product is authentic, as simple as you go and buy from apple store directly. But there was a little problem. When I got them the warranty was already started around 27 days before. I checked with apple.com that they were saying the airpods were new and never used. regarding the warranty they can fix it for me, they will change the dates of the warranty. Anyway, whaveer I have bought from amazon.ae were on top. good quality, authentic, no doubt. Thanks!!!

These AirPods have been such a great purchase. I’ve had them for a little while now and they still do a great job. They’re super easy to set up and since then they connect automatically every time I use them. The sound quality is really good for music, podcasts, and phone calls. They don’t have noise cancelling, but I actually like that I can still hear what’s happening around me if needed. They’re really lightweight and comfortable. I can wear them for ages without my ears getting sore, and the case is small enough to keep in my bag or pocket. Battery life is also great, I only charge them every few days with regular use but sometimes I might not use them for weeks and they (the pods) will still be fully charged (even if the charger case battery might be getting low). If you want something simple, reliable, and good quality for everyday use, these are an awesome choice.

I ordered this @ 11:22 and it arrived at my house 8:30 the next day! Keep in mind I did not pay for next day delivery, my estimated date was only the next day. I also do not live in a major city or big town so this is a real accomplishment! The product itself is extremely high quality and has very good sound!

Je ne sais pas quoi dire j’ai commandé plusieurs fois cette paire d’écouteurs je les ai renvoyés cinq fois et j’ai toujours eu un défaut, même en les remplaçant à l’Apple Store. pour moi il y a une différence de son entre un écouteur et l’autre à chaque fois donc soit c’est mes oreilles qui ont un problème ce dont je doute car avec n’importe quel autre haut-parleur je n’ai pas ce problème ou alors c’est les écouteurs qui ont un défaut de fabrication ce qui m’étonne de la part de Apple. En tout cas avec ces écouteurs je n’ai pas eu de chance j’ai eu tout le temps des écouteurs défectueux (je pense que je cherche un peu trop la perfection) Ce que je peux rajouter c’est que les écouteurs sont confortables on les oublie une fois installés mais la qualité de son n’est pas au rendez vous car il ne va pas trop dans les basses fréquences ni dans les hautes fréquences c’est un son équilibré qui peut convenir à la majorité des personnes. J’ai constaté que lors de déplacements par bus ou voiture j’avais tendance à mettre le son fort pour pouvoir profiter pleinement de ma musique et ne pas entendre les bruits de route.. ce qui m’a causé des problèmes auditifs. depuis je suis passé à un casque à réduction de bruit qui coûte le même prix je suis comblé de bonheur malgré le fait que ce soit encombrant et moins esthétique que des écouteurs AirPods..

I received my Apple AirPods today. This is an amazing product. It does everything I expected it to do and so much more. Pairing them was as easy as opening the case and Bingo they are paired. I am hard of hearing and now that the AirPods act as a hearing aid I am a happy man. Being able to have Siri assist me by voice is amazing. I bought a cheaper pair of knock off AirBuds first to save money, no comparison so I am selling them. Apple is the only way to go. I purchased them from Re-Gizmo Canada and got 5 day delivery. So that is as great as the AirPods.
