Bought this to help me post hysterectomy. I am naturally a front sleeper - something i obviously cannot do post abdominal surgery. I bought this to help stop me from rolling onto my front. I have to say it is simple & perfect! It is just a big U shape, i have the U shape at the top (under my head) positioned in between 2 soft feather pillows (so i don't actually feel any ridge or lump). I am then able to sleep slightly upright (which is what they advise). The two sections just lie perfectly down the sides of my body and i have actually been able to bend the end pieces in so they go just under my knees and wow does that make it super comfy - i felt cocooned post surgery - like i was in a little sleeping pod. It really helped me get good quality sleep whilst recovering post surgery - which is vital! This product is so comfortable - it gets the job done 100% and it is also a great price (compared to some of the other ones on amazon). Trust me look no further this product is perfect. I dont normally take the time to write reviews but in this case i was so pleased with this i did!

This was to use round the house post operation. Came vacuum packed and on opening it was huge. Well made, decent quality, comfortable and soft. The U shape is better than V shaped as it supports the shoulders and head really well. Benefits are it acts as perfect arm rests too! Should have got a cover too which is no fault of the pillow.

It got here early an its super comfy but i will say it doesnt come with a pillow case and there is alotta fluff coming off mine but for a quick pillow in a pinch? Fantastic! The fluff an texture is just annoying my autistic ass a little

Sleep like a log

Pros Very well stuffed with fibres that don't flatten. Supportive shape and thickness that gives you the flexibility of different sleeping styles. Seriously comfortable. Cons The lining is very thin and stitching poor. A hole ripped in mine on the first night and a week later the entire pillow has split into two. I was hoping that the pillow case would arrive before the hole got too big and I've restitched it twice in an effort to preserve it until then but that's still not expected for another week.
