Excellent jasmine rice
Rice is very tasty and aromatic. I tasted hainanese Chicken rice from Singapore and I am able to replicate the same with this rice.

Great quality!
This brand delivers what it promises- the quality is great and the rice can be as fluffy (for serving with Thai curry or in a fried rice) or as soft and mushy (for sticky rice and mango pudding/dessert) as you wish. The cooking instructions on the packet are perfect - the fluffy rice is done in about 12 mins and another 2 mins yields thicker and softer grains. You need to rinse the rice once done or else the starch is a bit too thick and gives you congee like texture. Do remember that if you leave the zip lock packet open it can lead to oxidization and yield slightly yellow tinted rice (happened to me when I cooked 2 batches with a gap of a few hours as I forgot to seal the packet properly). The aroma is great and the texture too.
