I was worried about damage during shipping, but it arrived perfectly — great packaging that protects the corners and everything else. We ordered this for our fun room, when we received it, the felt on the table was torn! The box was damaged as well, but the drivers would not wait for us to open and check, said they could not take back, if it was. My husband is over sixty and it weighs 400 pounds, nevertheless we asked for it to be replaced, even though we paid someone to help him with assembly. We decided to assemble because we have lots of family coming for Christmas, then we’d just have to switch out the table top itself. When my son in laws came today to help, we open the new box and this one is damaged worse than the first was. It’s obvious that the forklift is damaging the tops, the tears are lined exactly with the forks of a lift. It’s possibly a shipping issue, rather than the manufacture itself, however, the pool table is not impressive enough to keep going thru this inconvenience. Now I have two 400 pound items to try to return, ridiculous. The two drivers they sent with the first barely was able to get in the house, with help of our neighbors, We had to get because one of the drivers was much old than my husband and could lift the table. I mean shipping is horrible!!! Pool sticks are poor quality, even though it’s obvious shipping damage the table top is low quality, we noticed when used all the felt balls up. Benches are nice that come with it.

I’ve had this table over a year now. You will want to get your own balls and your own sticks, and chalk. The balls it comes with aren’t very smooth and the sticks it comes with are pretty much unusable. So go ahead and order those too. Do not get cheap balls - get the expensive balls and they’ll roll smooth on this table. Since it’s not slate you need high quality balls to make up for that. The table itself is fine. It plays slightly slower than a slate table but most people will not even notice. Everyone loves it when guests visit. I moved it inside my house and put it together myself, very simple. For the price, it’s very very good quality. Overall would buy again. Some people said they had issues with damaged product during shipping, but with mine only the packaging was damaged, not the product. Make sure you do not get any moisture on this table - doing so can cause the MDF to warp and create an uneven surface. It comes perfectly smooth from the manufacturer.

It’s a beautiful pool table but the delivery service was not as good. Great man but with the weight of the table one person cannot do it alone. He tried and ended up hurting himself. It collapsed on his foot trying to get it off the truck. He couldn’t put it in the correct spot for the assembly team because he needed more help to do so. Once the assembly team came and assembled the table it was beautiful. It only took them 1.5 hours to complete. It came with a small tear near the left corner pocket and the sticks didn’t have the black rubber tips (pics below) but we still loved it. 😍 Great buy would but it again just need to tighten up on delivery. It matched perfectly with our flooring. It’s very heavy and sturdy. Worth every penny spent. We would love to give 5 stars but the delivery service we had to deduct.

The table showed up earlier than expected, but I had prior notice so it was a good thing. The problem was that the delivery company left the 400 pound box about 30 feet from my back door. Not cool. Amazon gave me a partial refund, because it was supposed to be delivered IN my house. I would have been fine if they got it inside, but leaving it outside was just ridiculous. Even though the delivery guys were NOT gentle with moving the box, and the box had a lot of cuts and damage, the table was fine. Once the top of the table was out of the box, it was a lot easier to manage. Assembly was easy, but some of the screws were kind of a pain to get to. The surface of the table is bowed so the balls roll normally on about 60% of the surface, but on the sides, they roll straight for the bumpers.

Took a while for me to decide to purchase this table due to the reviews of it being delivered damaged, but decided to take a chance because it went perfectly with my kitchen. It arrived with not a scratch on it and was very easy to put together absolutely love this table.

Very heavy , they couldn't bring it upstairs, glad I was home to receive it because they would have left it outside .. for such an expensive table I was expecting better quality on the wood , wood is chipping and the metal corners coming off place , the felt is kinda thin and has a couple of bumps also is peeling a lot , table is never adjusted it feels on some places that it is not even and the balls look like they are going in weird patterns . Even though we leveled the table and adjusted the legs a few times! Also don't bend or sit on the table it's just gonna throw it off balance .. bench seats could have been a little taller , we are kind short and our chest is right where the table starts , so you have to get up to reach something in case you are dining on it . Also , be careful and add protection at the tabletop because it will stain quick .. I think we are making it work but it's sad to have these details to annoy us .. sadly there is nothing we can do .

Pool table is warped up in the center… balls roll to the edges in 8 inch area around entire play area. No way to know this until after assembly. Trying to navigate the replacement/return process now, like I’m going to be able to get it back in the box as it was shipped hah…..
