There are beys Hasbro rushed on to finish the line of Hypersphere and start Speedstorm beys and one of those beys are Command Dragon. Reasonable price, good birthday gift, and looks good. The performance tip/forge disk, is similar to Master Devolos's tip. The flaw on this bey is that it's bursts a lot because of its unbalanced tip. They should stop making Dragon beys after Tempest Dragon. Also, never make fused forge disks and performance tips. This bey cannot beat 'The king of Hypersphere beys' like Union Achilles, Eclipse Genesis, or Cosmic Valtryek.This bey has similar colors to Drago Valkyrie. What's interesting is that this bey works like it's on a Hypersphere stadium even if it's on a normal stadium but my other Hypersphere beys can't do that. Design wise, this is the best of all Beyblades from Rise. Has a good and important roll in the anime, not so great in real life.

Unique, but not great
With almost a hundred Beyblade Burst Beys, this one is unique because it is one of only a couple to have a forge disk and performance tip fused together. We thought this was a cool idea. Master Devolos was like this and it is. This one.....not so much. The performance tip part of this Bey can be found as just a tip on Royal Genesis. There you can switch the forge disks around and put on disk frames if you wish. This one didn’t and just had a connected, sub par forge disk. Kind of disappointing. Nothing really stood out about the connected forge disk as being all that good. Then the energy layer itself is not very good and gets burst all the time. It is large and hollow, not a great combination. This unfortunately is just not a great Beyblade Burst Bey. It’s unique, it’s important in the cartoon, but it just falls short here. I’d pass on it and get a different Bey.
