We’ve been using this Access Control System in our office to manage entry across four doors, and it has exceeded our expectations. The hardware was straightforward to install, with clear instructions that made the setup process smooth and efficient. The software is equally impressive—intuitive, easy to navigate, and reliable in day-to-day use. It gives us exactly the control and oversight we need without being overly complicated. What really sets this system apart, though, is the customer service. The support team has been outstanding, especially when we needed help with a specific project charge related to our setup. Their responsiveness and willingness to go the extra mile made a big difference. Overall, this has been a great investment for our office. Highly recommend!

This system works exactly how it says it would. Easy install, easy software to use to when scanning the new fobs. I installed is system for my gym I own to which is now 24hrs. For the price compared to other brand it can’t be beat. It allows you to pick and choose who has access when they have access and etc. I am beyond impressed with the system for the price if it. For anyone looking for a good system for a good price for any keyless entry. This is the product you want.

I installed two of these on exterior doors of a large multi-room production facility and they work great. The only issues I've had were ones i created myself from not understanding how to program it correctly. The robust access controls are especially nice for setting up different access times for employees, management, delivery drivers, etc. Access can be set as PIN, proximity key fob, or both. The key fobs are very handy for employees. No more having to stop everything to go open doors for people! We don't use the logging feature regularly, but it's nice to have if needed to see who opened a door and when they did. There is also functionality for connecting external overrides such as fire alarm systems so you won't have OSHA or building code violations! There was a bit of a learning curve, but once you learn to operate the system, door control is highly customizable. Best of all it's a truly standalone system that doesn't use or rely on an internet connection and has no monthly subscription fees! Very happy with this system and the protection it provides.

Update Dec 1, 2023: Just installed 3 more of these and they work like a charm in a condo with 475 users. One unit is installed in the pool, one in the laundry room, and third one is in their bike room. Access is easily controlled through the software, installed on a laptop or PC that is on the same network as the controller units. I also use the app when I go on the property and I need access to those rooms but I don't have my fob with me. The person who complains that the system brakes or is not working must not know what they're doing because the first two systems I installed almost 3 years ago are still working solid with no issues whatsoever... The hardware is pretty sturdy and software is pretty reliable. Phone app could be improved and remote access via web for full control of users and functionality would be nice to have, however for what you pay for it, this is a decent access control system.

Easy to install. Works great on our office door. Great fast support when we had an issue with the panel flashing but it was a loose wire on our side.

I sent an email for assistance and the response was immediate and solved my issue every time. Chen Wood is awesome. However, it would be great if I was able to configure the device through the browser remotely and not just the software.

First you should know: there are NO PAPER MANUALS. Everything is in online documents and pdfs. its all pretty easy to follow and reference once you can find all of the pdfs you need. The wiring diagrams are very self explanatory, and easy to follow. The software manual is also easy to follow, but you will need to google around some to find one of the passwords, or ask the support team. But you’ve got to navigate around a few web pages to gather all the available pdfs to get everything together. The technical support was incredibly helpful! They were able to provide me with all of the resources I need, and were very quick to do so. They provided pdfs, links, tips and videos within a few hours of me reaching out. I even had a super obscure and specific question (the support rep who responded said I was the first person to ask for this in many many years) but was able to provide everything I was looking for. Last heads up- you will need to get extra cable to run from the controller to each of your doors. Not for the faint of heart, and it’s no smart lock that you can easily swap out in 10 minutes. You’ll need to dedicate some time and a no kidding afternoon or two to get everything set up and working. But it is absolutely worth it, and the support team is there the whole way.

I bought this system for a small commercial building I have. I don't have any electrical experience but I was able to figure out the installation and programming of the system. While the manual and instructions are a bit difficult to follow, the tech support is really incredible. They respond to every email within a few hours and will keep answering as many questions as you have. It's now been several months and the system has been remarkably reliable. Would definitely buy this again. Saved thousands of dollars from hiring a security company to install a similar system. It would be helpful if you know an electrician to get some help with if you're not technically inclined, but the set up and wiring is much easier than I expected.

We bought this for our coworking space and love it! Excellent price and the quality and quantity of instructional materials are outstanding AND if you have any questions the company responds so quickly and even made a video just for our question! Would recommend and are looking at buying more for other doors in our space!! Highly recommend!

The quality of this product is great. I was having an issue installing the mounting bracket so I emailed for help. This was on a Saturday morning and I had a response in two minutes. Chen did a Facetime call and saw what the issue was and told me how to finish the install. I'm very pleased and I recommend buying one of these units if you're looking to buy a mag lock.
