Q: why come with only 2/3 of full botton

If I understand this correctly, yours was 2/3 full.. Very strange, the ones I purchased were Full. Could be a rare mistake from the processing company. But I can tell you this product it Wonderful!! Took All the frizzy mess away and left Beautiful curls!!

Q: Is this for all ethnics hair?

So I can only speak for myself. I have 4c hair and I am transitioning from relaxed to natural which equals easy breakage and knots. I bought this awhile back and decide to use it as a prepoo to prevent tangles. My hair immediately responded to it. It work so well I used it as a leave in and had no problems with knots. I actually discovered some curls. I say it's worth a try. Some may say all damaged hair is the same but ethnic 4c hair is very fragile. Also, I didn't have a lot of shedding which is good!
