5 starts because I have ZERO complaints! Surprisingly the Best Support for My Knee! I’ve tried so many knee braces and supports, but this inexpensive wrap ended up working better than all of them. It’s long enough to adjust easily around the knee , and it gave me just the right amount of support. Best part it stayed in place the entire time I ran a 5K! Super impressed with how well it held up.

Great for workouts or joint flare-ups. Offers solid compression and stays in place. I wish it came as a set instead of one wrap, but it’s effective and easy to apply.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I wish I hadn’t. It only had Velcro on one end. I couldn’t get it wrapped around my bone on bone knees tight enough. I took an old ace bandage and cut the Velcro off and sewed it on the other end of the wrap. Works much better now. So if you can see, you can fix it if you want to take the time.

I ordered this compression strap for my knee to do some specific things. I like how easy it is to wrap. I did take the time to watch some videos on wrapping Knees on YouTube. I use this right next to my skin or I use it on top of my pants depending on my application. I followed 1 trainers directions of stretching it about 50% for a couple wraps and then going to 75% for the final wrap. It is Light weight and comfortable, easy to wrap, easy easy to wear all day, and has good compression. For the price, I am very happy with it. I bought this for a trip to support my weak knee because we were going to be doing a lot of walking. And for that application, I wrapped under my pants or jeans. It stayed on all day. It didn’t shift position. I didn’t have to redo it. It was a get it right and forget about it and that’s what works for me. I considered it to be a lifesaver. It actually enabled me to do far more than I would have. Now, when I go to the garden to work, I always wrap my knee. The difference it makes for me is I can come home in my knee is not sore not overly exhausted and I can keep going. If I forget it, I have to come home and rest my knee. The only thing I’m not happy with is that I didn’t find it sooner. That’s no joke.

Surprisingly effective in knee support and reduction of pain. Causes mild swelling of ankles/feet as would be expected. Quality is excellent and velcro attaches anywhere on the sleeve, although the attachment point is probably best place to avoid pulling out threads. It is providing me a bridge until my knee replacement - unfortunately I will still need that. This is not a "cure" so hopefully knee surgery will be more effective.

This product became a disappointment for me. The elastic wrap is packaged in a folded manner instead of being rolled. The Velcro is only at one end. This makes starting a knee wrap difficult and loose. The length is insufficient for an adult knee. Might be suitable for a young child's knee. Otherwise this was a waste of my $$$.
