So great and cleanses it all from the inside where it starts. It is so easy to swallow.

Daily prevention helps with issues and keeps me in the green zone of ph. I have got my mom on it and my daughters as we all have suffered from UTI issues and this markedly reduces our reoccurrence.

Love These, I Feel the Difference

Worth the money!
I love these - I think I am on my 4th bottle now. I have tried other brands (Olly and Lemme) but did not think they were nearly as effective at preventing infections as the Hum brand. They are a little on the expensive side but worth every pennu.
