Savory is one of my favorite herbs but hard to find in a standard grocery store. I usually grow my own but last year couldn’t find the seed to plant. This is not as good as the grow your own but dry herbs usually aren’t. This brand is very good has a lighter aroma and a different taste than rosemary, compliments without overpowering. I use it alone or use it for making herb mixtures.

I’ve used these dried savory leaves in a few recipes, and they add a nice, mild herbaceous flavor. The quality is okay overall, but the leaves seem slightly out of date—less vibrant and aromatic than I expected. For the price, I was hoping for something a bit fresher. That said, they do the job in a pinch, especially if you don’t use savory often. Just wish it felt like a better value for the cost.

Savory is not found everywhere. The Sadaf savory is the right size for occasional use. The product arrived quickly and meets all expectations.
