Go a size up and you will be happy this is probably one of the best purchases I have ever made. Very good support. Very easy to put on and take off. Very satisfied with this product will buy another pair. The silicone makes gives it a sturdy but comfortable feel.

(Not Sponsored) My guess is that most people leaving bad reviews aren't experience knee brace users or active people in general. Sizing was perfect for me, Quality is great and it feels good, Style is fine though not important (though I hope solid color options become available in the future, Breathability is fine but not important if you're using correctly, Pain relief is Great and I can't speak to whether or not it reduces swelling because that's not my current issue. I am a bear 40 YO basketball player who had undergone ACL and 2x Meniscus surgery and I've been held back from playing due to my knee not feeling "normal". This brace helps dramatically.

I ordered the long compression sleeve for legs to help with a flare up of sciatica. It has reduced pain and improved mobility. I ordered a size smaller than specified in the size chart and it fits perfectly and stays up. I wear it all day, and it’s not too warm. The compression sleeve gets four stars instead of five because the lower/ankle end is too large and doesn’t provide any compression. It would be so helpful if these types of things were specifically made for women.

These compression sleeves are good quality. The over the knee compression was good, however below the knee and down the calf is quite loose. I am bummed they didn’t work for me.

Several Pros: 1. Another review had said they were very thick compared to other sleeves I considered that a plus as my wife and I are going to Norway to see the Northern Lights and it supposed the be cold, extra insulation instead of thermal underwear 2. The flight is very long and compression sleeves are to help with swelling. 3. I had knee surgery a year ago and the swelling never really disappeared as well as the pain so all I have read these compression sleeves are supposed to help. 4. This sleeve had a velcro strap to help keep it in place. The only con I can think of is the sizing a 4X is just a bit small, I have reviewed others and this is as big as they get.

These supports stay in place plus provide stability and strength to 73 years old knees that are getting a little tired. Highly recommended

More comfortable and about as easy to put on as zippered compression socks, but without leaving a deep (and sometimes painful) zipper line. Having no feet also made putting them on easier and help prevent the toe cramps I have gotten from footed ones. Overall very comfortable while giving adequate compression. Though I ordered the right size based on product instructions, these still slipped down during long wear (8 hour plus flights, 30 hour overall journeys, 3 to 4 hours walking especially if stairs were involved). But trips to the toilet could be used to pull them back up where they stayed for another 3 to 6 hours. IF your pants are relatively loose, you can even pull them up through the pant leg. This is however a problem I have experienced with ALL compression hose whether I bought them too large or too small (the only "solutions" might be glue or a garter belt!?).
