Accurate
It's an eye chart. It wasn't damaged. All letters correct.

I have a smaller lab, so this is the perfect size

I'm happy with the quality of this chart. I'm not sure why it said "Translucent" in the description. It's not especially translucent. I wan't expecting it to be. You could back-light it if you wanted to. I guess that's what they meant.
