Ticking Timex……..
Many people just laugh when they hear the word Timex.The company has been around for a very long time and deserves some respect because their watches are decent.This one is solar powered and boasts an orange second hand that ticks out each second.The battery will last a long time,charge it regularly under artificial or direct sunlight.Would buy again.

Great watch for the money
Bought for my son. Watch is very light (which he likes). Overall look and quality is great. Solar power feature seems to work really well. Shame it's a fixed Bezel. But, for the price, this is normal and not unexpected. My Son is delighted with the watch.... which is the main thing.

I recently picked up a Timex watch, and overall I’ve been really happy with it. The design is simple, classic, and easy to pair with just about anything. It feels lightweight on the wrist but still sturdy enough for everyday wear. The signature Indiglo backlight is a great touch — bright, clear, and super convenient in low-light settings.

Simple watch, plastic case feels robust enough for everyday wear or rough duty. Solar charging at this price point is a plus, although I wish they could have included Timex's famed Indiglo backlight (the dial is black, so if they could have made the hands and/or indices light up, it would have been great.). I immediately swapped out the original NATO-style watch band for a spare 22mm black steel band that I had, and the watch feels more substiantial on the wrist. I've never really liked using the NATO bands on my everyday wear watches as they tend to hold moisture from weather and sweat, and feels really uncomfortable to me. Lastly, Amazon's shipping packaging is just ABYSMAL. Just a thinly padded brown envelope for international shipping? Come on! Even though a watch isn't THAT fragile, I would consider finding a squashed box inside an envelope, a fail.
