Seems helpful...
Only had this for a few weeks, but it seems to be helping my dry, over-50 hair. I use it daily - every morning - and I swear I feel my hair breaking less, my scalp a bit healthier, and my hair - overall - bouncier. Over 50 hair is a bit of a struggle - has been for me - and this seems to be a great tool in my toolbox. My hair is medium length, color treated, and I do use heat styling tools. It's helped, and I'll continue using it.

I'm not sure about the ingredients but the second dose I realize something wasn't right. I notice I was getting Headaches. So I look into it and stop... no Headache and next time of use Headache came back. Will not repurchasing this product again.
