Been using it daily for my gym routine, It can hold a lot of water and the hook is easy to carry.

Justified its price.. not like other shakers which have poor plastic quality and also they leaks.. but not with this... This is a good product at its price... Don't ever go with any steel shaker.. I've purchased tonnes of steel wether MB, Boldcare, or GNC. But every shaker is literally same just have embossed their brand name on that generic steel shaker and all of them are just garbage.. they started to leak in just 2-3 weeks..... go for this bold care shaker it's better than them!!!

Using this for a month n a half now. Best Shaker and highly "HIGHLY" DURABLE. I'm on a only sattu diet and use it for all 3 meals. I have stepped on it, put it in heavy bags with more heavy bags on it. I used it pretty rough. Pros i like - 1. High durability 2. Bit more capacity than a 500ml. Becoz of this you can use it as a feasible water bottle too. 3. Looks hella classy. 4. The hook is designed really good. You can carry the bottle with your pinky, fully filled, and it won't hurt you. A few cons - 1. The ball will smell for a few days at the start. 2. The container is easy to wash but the lid has some unreachable crevices. Also the ball may have non-aligned plastic cuts which is a pain in the a to clean. 3. The hook has a major flaw. Is that it moves when you shake and makes a lot of noise. That's why I placed some rubber girder btw the supports. (Now it quite af) I would like to point out that IT DOES NOT LEAK WITH THICKENED WATER/FUILD. But it does drip with water, holding it upside down. Don't know why. Very strange. And the lid doesn't leak at all. Its
