I bought this product to get my kiddo, age 13, off long term melatonin use. The melatonin was messing with his T3 levels of his thyroid. My child absolutely could not sleep without melatonin. I also wanted something natural for him. I am so glad I found this product because it works great! He is very picky about flavor and doesn't really care for the flavor, but doesn't fight about taking it. So it can't taste awful or there'd be no way he would take it. He has taken this for a month and it still works as well as the first time he took it. I wanted to make sure it was still working before I left a review I barely ever leave reviews. Something has to be really good or really bad before I will leave a review. I highly recommend trying this if you're looking for a natural sleep aid.

This stuff works! With all the fires and poor air quality my kids couldn’t shake this congestion. I started giving them this once a day and within 2 days it was gone! It’s technically a supplement you can give them everyday, which I do recommend because it did strengthen my kids immune systems. It does taste nasty - one of my kids didn’t like it. But that’s okay they still drank it for the benefits.

I am thankful for this product. It helps my 6-year-old son fall asleep at night. I give it to him 30 minutes before bedtime, and it works. I also noticed an improvement in his immune system; he does not always get sick. I would highly recommend this product. I rarely write a review about a product, but this has to be told.

This product tastes like the most tart cough medicine ever, but it helps us sleep. It does not "make" us sleepy but it helps us sleep more soundly. We have to take it with a chaser already in our mouth, cause the tartness stays on your tongue. Its only been a week but as of right now I would purchase again. Just bought our second bottle. Works great for my kid so we will continue to purchase. Was not happy how it was delivered today though. It was from a white delivery van not the usual amazon van and the box was all beat up, but luckily the bottle itself was not damaged.

I recently ordered the Kids Elderberry & Sleep supplement by Garden of Life, and while I’m hopeful it will support my child’s immunity and sleep, I have to mention my disappointment with the product’s appearance. The item I received looks noticeably different from what was advertised. The packaging, including the design and bottle color, was not what I expected. The mismatch made me question whether the right item was sent. While I plan to continue using it, I can't overlook the difference in appearance—it makes me wonder if the product formula has changed as well. Overall, I’m giving it a middle-of-the-road rating. I’m still hopeful the product will work as promised, but the visual inconsistency definitely impacted my confidence in the purchase.

My daughter takes it like nothing and it helps her sleep when she’s had a cold.

This may have all the benefits it claims to have, but this is probably the worst tasting syrup I've ever had. Nothing we tried masked the taste or even helped camouflage it and the aftertaste lingered for hours. First Garden of Life product I've purchased and not been happy with.
