Milkflow + Electrolytes Breastfeeding Supplement Drink Mix with Fenugreek

I am a nurse and an older mother. I am 40 and just had my 4th child. I naturally have a high milk supply but found myself struggling for a little while. Due to my irritable bowel syndrome, I was starting not to tolerate the fenugreek. I tried this drink and oh my goodness it helps. It provides electrolytes for mom and helps boosts your milk supply. I hadn't been feeling a lot of letdown this time and I have felt it more since I started drinking this on a regular basis. I mix it with cold water and the berry flavor tastes great! You can mix it in milk or other drinks if you choose and is great to add to a protein drink for you more fit moms. To me the only downside is that there are only 2 flavors berry and chocolate. I'm not a fan of chocolate but that's just me.

Was taking these to help with my breastmilk production and loved them! The flavor is great. Stopped taking them because they have fenugreek and I was not sure if it was affecting my milk supply or not.

I did find this helpful for milk production and replenishing electrolytes while breastfeeding, however the taste was not my favorite.

Not horrible for taste. Didn’t notice much of a difference. I’m a low supplier and have tried almost everything to get more. Oatmeal creek buys worked better than this

The powder isn’t sweet, it tells you to add it into juice or water, I did body armor, coconut water and sugar free Gatorade. I’m solely breastfeeding and I pump my left over or extra milk to donate to moms in need. It works wonders for increasing milk and also helps you stay hydrated while breastfeeding. I want to try all the flavors, I’ve ordered mango to put in my smoothies. Definitely a buy.

Definitely noticed an increase with milk supply! I also ordered lactation cookies for an additional boost which did not disappoint my expectations - I'll take all the help I can get. Mixed this with cranberry and apple juice in a shaker cup - so good, tasted great despite some of the reviews I read. Dissolved perfectly and no gut issues with this product. The powder itself did smell a little funny, but once you mixed it into the juice and shook it up, smell/taste was a non issue. Adding to my auto-ship order for sure.

Hypothyroid mom’s DON’T take these!! I was unaware that fenugreek decreases milk supply and hurts thyroid hormones in breastfeeding mom’s with hypothyroidism. I see this product has been wonderful for other mom’s but I almost lost my supply after adding these packets to my drinks for over a month! As soon as I stopped taking them, my supply went back to where it was and I went from getting 2 oz a day back to 6 oz a day, plus what my son gets from the breast. Even changing to the fenugreek-free packets didn’t make a difference. Be careful!

My son never latched on so I have always strictly pumped and fed to him through a bottle. At first my supply was HEAVY. I was pumping minimum 30 oz a day so I had lots of bags in the freezer. Around 2 months old my milk just stopped producing as much and I was maybe getting 8 oz a day. I started drinking this and within 2 days my supply went back up and now pumping about 20 oz a day. This definitely helped my supply but the taste is absolutely AWFUL. I mix mine in water then add MIO water flavoring to it as well to help me get it down. Overall a great product but flavor is just not doing it.

Tasted absolutely disgusting. I had to wash my drink bottle several times to get the smell out.
