My son was born blue. This toy has helped him so much already and he's only had it for 2 days

Did not open product for 2 months after receiving since it was birthday gift for a toddler. It refused to power on once opened. Replaced with brand new batteries. Still malfunctioning. Power button has to be switched on and off up to 6 times before it works. Then it goes off within a minute of being on. Aim of buying this 2 in 1 leap frog was to engage the toddler. Now it is useless. I regret not testing the product at the time of delivery.
