It's has got good quality grip. Values for money given the quantity I recieved. Just a suggestion don't open the amazon package with a knife cut straight in the box it will tear the thin plastic inside 🥲 happened to me and made a mess.

Not very good at giving grip
Using it for gripping hexbar during deadlifts. It's not as good as the imported chalk I have - hand slips on heavy weights in comparison. Looking for a better product
