Purchased these for my mother. She has a garden tub & after having a knee replacement surgery, this makes it much more easy for her to get in & out of the shower. Easy to install with easy to read instructions. Great price. 5 stars

You don't need to be handicapped to have grab bars. Anyone can lose their balance on wet floors and this has saved me for injury many times. The bars are sturdy and did not lose their connection to the wall.

Worked as I should and arrived on time

I got these to hang a 25lb item from and for that amount of weight they work fine. Screwed directly into studs the bar feels solid enough, but the metal is thinner than expected. Due to the thin gauge of the metal I'd be afraid that the metal plate will deform and pull out of the screws under heavy weight, like stopping a fall. For balance only, and not serious weight-bearing, it's fine. But if you need an actual safety grab bar, spend the extra money on one more sturdy, with heavier screws and better anchors. Prevention is cheaper than a hospital bill.
