I got this after my Mama had a stroke and could not longer take a shower, so bed baths were the new normal, washing her hair with this was amazing !! She loved it and so did I .. easy and not messy with water going everywhere, it has a drain line so i put that in a large container and used large water pitchers to wet her hair and then shampood and rinsed . It was comfortable and the neck pillow keeps your head rested in a non uncomfortable position .. I recoment this for anyone who is caring for anyone who is bedbound

My mom is bedridden with dementia and Alzheimer's and this is a godsend. You definitely need to have a pump on hand to inflate. It is very easy to use however I do wish the bottom was sturdier and it is very flimsy so when you pick it up it feels like the water will fall through the bottom. The drainage hole is easy to use and doesn't leak. I'm trying to order a wash bag so that I can carry portable water instead of in a tupperware however the company no longer ships these products to my home in the suburbs. I'm bummed because I can't contact the seller and there's no reasoning as to why the products can no longer be shipped to my location. I will now have to find another supplier for a backup

The hose isn't connected but is a separate piece that slides onto a piece attached to the basin. It kept slipping off and leaked water everywhere. Huge clean up and my poor Mom was soaked and cold. I've used this type of basin before, but the hose was attached to the basin and did not come off. Will return this badly designed product. I am sorry I bought it.
