Molina Vanilla Blend 16.6oz (500ml)

originally bought the smaller bottle, used it, came back & bought the bigger bottle !! this vanilla extract is heaven on earth, & has made my baking taste AMAZING ! between brownies, sugar cookies, french toast, & chocolate chip cookies - & more to come !! - this vanilla extract is the perfect mix for something sweet !!! i bake a fair amount, & have barley even used most of the bottle, seeming that a little goes a long way with this !! a good investment i must say, & a good stable to have in the house the smell of the vanilla extract is not to bitter & not to sweet, but i must say, would make an amazing candle. the taste is the same as well - not at all overbearing on either scale, it’s just perfect ! but don’t take it from me, try baking something with it, you will NOT regret it :) you’ll become everyone’s favorite baker (coming from experience of compliments i’ve received from gifting my baked goods !!)

This is a 16.6 ounce of artificial vanilla extract, just as expected.

Love this Molina Mexican Vanillan! Tastes better and costs much less than "vanilla extract!" Apparently vanilla is actually native to Mexico. And "vanillan" is made from the scraped vanilla pods used for making "vanilla extract," and "imitation vanilla" is made from tree bark and chemicals. Molina Mexican Vanillan is the first Mexican brand I've purchased. It tastes just as delicious as the Mexican vanilla a friend brought back from her travels in Central America! Think I'll stick with this brand, it's that good! I use the Molina vanillan in baked goods--cookies, cakes, frostings. Now that warmer weather has arrived I'm using it to make vanilla, and mocha, iced coffees. It's great in hot coffees, too. Much better vanilla flavor than the Kroger imitation vanilla I'd resigned myself to, given that vanilla extract was way outside my budget! Oh, and essentially calorie-free! This brings me to the only downside....It's more expensive than the Kroger imitator! But the extra cost is worth it because it tastes so good, and it costs much less than vanilla extract! All in all, this Molina Mexican Vanillan is my new go-to vanilla! (Molina, how bout hiring me to your advertising department? ....I am not a paid reviewer, just very happy with my purchase!)

Great vanilla has a fantastic taste. The size of the bottle is nice and only a little over $5.50

Mexican Vanilla has a distinctive flavor which I prefer, particularly for ice cream. It used to be hard to get, but now I can get it from Amazon.

This is really nice quality vanilla extract, lovely flavour at reasonable price.

I’ve worked with high-quality ingredients for years, and I’m surprisingly particular about vanilla. After using the Molina Mexican Vanilla Blend consistently for baking and specialty recipes, I can confidently say it delivers beautiful depth and warmth that standard pure extracts often lack. The aroma is smooth, slightly spiced, and more rounded than typical grocery-store vanilla. It performs especially well in custards, buttercream, and even in coffee, it gives a subtle richness without overpowering the dish. There’s a nostalgic warmth to it that feels authentic and layered. That said, it is a blend (pure + artificial), so if you’re looking strictly for single-origin, alcohol-forward pure extract, this isn’t that. The flavor profile is softer and more mellow rather than sharp and bold. Personally, I appreciate that balance, it integrates seamlessly into recipes. The 500ml bottle is generous and cost-effective, especially if you bake frequently. For everyday baking and specialty desserts, it’s a fantastic value. Would I repurchase? Yes. Would I still keep a premium single-origin extract on hand? Also yes.
