Lindy's - 5M871 Lindy's Stainless Steel 9 inch pie pan, Silver

This is a high quality, sturdy, versatile pan. It is a nice size, and easy to clean. Just what I was looking for!

These Stainless Steel pie plates are great. I saw these on Canadian Amazon website and turns out if you buy 2 pie plates on US site you get a 5% discount. This ended up being cheaper to buy Amazon.com. I would highly recommend these Pie Plates. Don't get me wrong a lot of products on Amazon.ca are less expensive but every now and then you get a better deal on the American side.

I like these a lot. Bought two. Since there is just two of us, now, these are the right size for a whole meat pie, or any dessert. They're pretty to serve from, also. A nice take-along dish, because they're lightweight, but very sturdy.

The pan is study and works well but is hold heat for a long time unlike the average aluminum pan. Just be careful when handling it

Quality, gauge, stainless steel are my top good points with this pie pan.

These are sturdy and easy to clean. I don't know how to make pies but I've been using these to cook a pound of hamburger in the oven. I make one big pattie that covers the whole bottom of the pan, cook it in oven for about 35 minutes, and then cut the hamburger into quarters to make 4 hamburgers. Well now I'm going to start freezing them for a meal and then they can go straight into the oven when I'm ready to eat (about 45 minutes at 350). This is the one i tried. Flash freezing first and then using tin foil to cover it to help prevent freezer burn. I haven't ever used pie pans before so i didn't know how well they compare to other brands, but i really like these and will keep buying more until i have enough to start batch cooking to freeze a lot of meals at once... DIY TV dinners. I'm trying to figure out if it's better to use cling wrap to cover the food so i can see what it is. If tin foil is healthier because it has no microplastics, then I'll have to put the pan in a gallon freezer bag (it fits) so i can write on the bag what the meal is. Another idea would be to freeze 1 cup portions of sides and meat separately so i can choose what i want to pull out and put in the pan. Still working on the logistics...

I've dropped so many glass dishes recently that I thought it was important to have something I couldn't break, lol. This one not one is unbreakable but it is very attractive in itself. I used it the first time at Thanksgiving for the family's apple pie and it did a beautiful job.

Nice pie pans. Baked crust nicely.
