Great item and works really well in my MGF which had pants rear visibility, hood up or down. I looked at all the options before choosing this and the main draw was it fitting over the mirror to avoid cluttering the upmasports car interior with tech. The mirror screen is not very heavy, but the car mirror will move a bit with the added weight. I would have liked to be able to mount the camera upside down and flip on the screen like some others, but can live with it. Rear view is reversed as it would be looking in a mirror. The main thing for the older of us with failing near vision to consider is... when you use a mirror, your eyes focus on the object not the mirror, but with this you have to focus on the screen... takes some getting used to and conscious focusing! Overall though, very pleased, and very quick to install. Currently powering from cigar lighter socket, but will hardwire in the near future.

I had a very similar device (from Jeemac) fitted to my previous car and, on changing cars, did not want to be without it as I feel it makes reversing enormously safer (especially in supermarket carparks)! In my hatchback car, the camera has to be fitted to the boot lid which would make it a very tricky DIY job and I used an auto electrician to fit it. When first fitted, I had problems with the rear camera which sometimes performed perfectly but about 40% of the time, was obscured by an interference pattern. I emailed "Jenny" at Jansite Customer Support and was first offered a couple of suggestions (unplug, replug, check for kinked wire etc) which did not work and was then told I would be sent a replacement camera "as soon as possible". Given that Jansite is in China, I resigned myself to this being several weeks. In the event, it was delivered by Amazon in a couple of days and, since swapping it for the original camera, the system now works perfectly and I am very pleased with it. I must comment particularly on the Customer Support which was terrific. Emails to "Jenny" were answered within 24 hours and, as I have described, resulted in my problem being solved relatively quickly. Good product, great support.

Makes my 32 year old Talbot motorhome feel like a new car, can see all the cars getting annoyed behind me, and even record them doing it. Plenty of cable to reach the back of my motorhome with some extra tucked away. Easy to install, picture quality is great, I wasn’t expecting it this good. Rear camera quality is great to. The features are plenty, it surprises my mates when they realise I can touch my screen and it becomes a little computer. They think it’s actual glass even tho I don’t have a back window. Takes them a minute to figure out.

This is a decent recording device - BUT - as its supposed to replace your driver mirror it should be reflective - ITS NOT. I have a cheaper one in my car which is highly mirrored and wanted to buy similar for my wife - this is not mirrored in the slightest it's more like a simple black tv screen. You are supposed to use this like a continual video display of what's behind you - but any driver worth their salt will tell you a rear view mirrors see's more than just what's directly behind the vehicle (kids in the back seat for example or overtaking vehicles. Heads up though -if you buy this - at least you can record the accidents you will inevitably cause! 😡 Zero stars if I could!

Amazing dash cam and support from company. Rear camera is very clear and i use it as rear view mirror. Front camera is one of the best ive seen. Easy to access videos internally. Records clear voice as well

A well packaged item and when checked out with a usb C power pack all looked good. But YOU CANNOT FLIP THE IMAGE ORIENTATION OF THE REAR CAMERA. Therefore you can only mount the camera in one position. I originally bought this with the intention of fixing the rear camera to the top of a van door to aid with reversing and parking. You can't do this without fabricating an extra bracket that will make the camera to obvious when parked. The manufacturer needs to include this option in there firmware. Other than this problem the unit looks sound.

Edit..my unit developed a fault. It took a few emails but a replacement was offered. Great product & price. I got this as I have a car with no rear wiper. The camera at the rear means I can see out the rear in the rain.

Il est fournit 10 mètres de valable pour la caméra arrière (idéal camping car ou van) La résolution est très bonne 1080p La vision de nuit un peu moins. Pour la caméra arrière si vous voulez qu’elle fonctionne lors du passage de la marche arrière Il faudra alors brancher le fil rouge de la caméra arrière sur le plus de l’ampoule du feu de recul. Honnêtement pour ce prix je suis agréablement satisfait. Je le recommande 👍🏻

Lo specchietto è di ottima qualità, sia nell'assemblaggio che nei materiali. Incastri precisi, saldi che danno l'impressione di un prodotto ben fatto. La confezione comprende tre elastici (uno di scorta) per il fissaggio allo specchietto originale. Questi elastici sono fatto bene, perchè permettono varie posizioni per adattarsi a specchietti più o meno grandi in termini di larghezza. Permettono un buon fissaggio anche se, per sicurezza, ho messo un tappetino di sughero tra i due specchietti per smorzare eventuali vibrazioni. Per l'installazione ho preso un rubacorrente che ho collegato al fusibile dell'accendisigari, cosicché quando accendo la macchina lo specchietto si accende, e viceversa. Operazione semplicissima. Lo specchietto è leggermente azzurrato, molto comodo di notte per evitare abbagliamenti. Rapido nell'accensione, dà un'ottima visuale della strada in registrazione con una buona luminosità notturna. Si spegne col pulsante in basso per usare solo la modalità riflettente. Oppure si può impostare un autospegnimento dopo 1-23 minuti. Un settaggio più basso sarebbe stato comodo, tipo dopo 15 secondi. Rimane comunque in registrazione anche con schermo spento. La retrocamera ha due modalità di visione: una grandangolare e una normale. Quando si attiva la retromarcia (il cavo va collegato alla lampadina della retromarcia, con il Qubo è il cavo grigio-verde) la retrocamera si accende da sola e si può cambiare, con un tocco, la visione tra grandangolo e normale. Eccellente. Il cavo per la retrocamera è oggettivamente troppo lungo. Ho avuto difficoltà a nasconderlo tutto. La retrocamere è bella pesante, in metallo, robusta. Io l'ho messa dentro perchè non volevo possibili atti vandalici, ma sembra adattissima per fuori. Viene fornita con due vitine per il fissaggio e un tappetino adesivo per smorzare le vibrazioni. Devo dirmi molto soddisfatto, un bell'oggetto ben realizzato e di buona qualità. Per quel prezzo darei 10 stelle. Io, che sono molto scarso in elettronica, ho saputo installare tutto con facilità. Ho un Fiat Qubo che in effetti è semplicissimo, magari con altre auto non saprei.

Puedes variar la altura de visión, siendo más alta mientras circulas para ver como un retrovisor normal, y bajar la altura de la cámara para cuando aparcas. La verdad que es tan nítida la imagen que no parce una pantalla conectada a una cámara.
