Update.
I have had this mouse for quite some time now and i will say originally it was not working for me because it would freeze and stutter a lot but after i received a replacement mouse, everything worked amazing, no stutters, no connection issue. wonderful mouse and seller.

Great gaming mouse
We all know touchpads on laptops suck and regular mice don’t cut it for gaming. This mouse is amazing. Key binds are easy to setup, having three different connection types is nice and charging while using is perfect. Would purchase again, if this one goes out on me.

Built To Last and Loaded With Buttons
The original Razer Naga Pro Wireless Mouse has been my trusty companion for years, and it continues to impress. The 12-button side panel is perfect for gaming or productivity, making it easy to execute commands without missing a beat. Despite being dropped more times than I can count, it still works flawlessly. The battery life is solid, and even though I bought it renewed, it's held up extremely well. It does require regular cleaning since dirt can collect around the side buttons and top, but that's a small trade-off for its durability and performance. The only minor downside is the pinky rest pad, it's worn down over time and now has a slight groove from constant use. Still, this mouse is a workhorse that delivers reliable performance year after year.

Box was iffy but the mouse is great
The box it came in was worse for wear, but the mouse itself was in fantastic condition and works perfectly.

Refurbished?? Hardly
Multiple issues with this purchase. While it was a "refurbished" mouse, the level of refurbishment was sorely lacking. As seen in the accompanying photo the mouse was filthy. The only new/clean items in the non-original box were the sideplates and RF dongle. Operationally, it had clear and obvious issues with the scroll wheel as it jumped constantly. I'd scroll down and every few pages it'd scroll in the opposite direction, sometimes I'd wind up higher on the page than where I'd initially started scrolling down. There also appeared to be RF connectivity issues (that I do not have with the new mouse that I have since purchased) as the pointer would sometimes move jerkily and/or freeze momentarily. It goes without saying that I'll be returning this item shortly.

Renewed? More like Brand New
First time buying a renewed tech product off of Amazon and I was afraid of what I was going to get. The mouse didn't come in original packaging but it does feel and look brand new! No issues at all with the mouse and it is a huge upgrade to my gaming rig and gaming laptop since I can plug in the mouse wired or switch to wireless with no downsides.

Game changer
I play WoW and had this recommended by my guild. Takes some time to get used to but gameplay improves significantly once you do. No more having to stare at my spell bar and moving the mouse to click the numbers my fingers can’t reach. Battery life is really good too, have to plug it in once every 2 days or so to charge, but of course it’s still able to be used while charging.

Razer mice are the best if you can avoid/deal with doubleclicking and other minor issues
I've been using razer mice for years and I'm finally going to give my personal experience with them. I like to ramble so theres a short TLDR at the bottom of this review if you'd like to see it. Been using Razer MMO mice since around 2012 when I first tried the Razer Naga Molten addition. Loved that mouse, but playing OSRS for years I've clicked millions of times and wore it out after a few years. Since then, I've used many more of Razers mmo mice, including the Razer Naga Epic Chroma, Naga Trinity (x2), and this mouse listed here (a renewed version and a new version). I never had issues with my Naga Molten and had a few issues with the other ones, progressively having more issues with each successive mouse, however I still kept crawling back due to the familiarity and feel of Razers version of the MMO mouse. I had double clicking issues after a month of use with my naga trinity I use on my desktop gaming pc so i put it aside to use with my old laptop and as a backup. I got annoyed and decided to try logitech and corsairs mmo mice (the logitech g600 and corsair scimitar i believe) but didnt like the feel of either of them. I then repurchased another naga trinity and this time it lasted only 4 months before having the same double clicking issue. It was at this point that I RMA'd both and to Razers credit, the ones they sent back to me as replacements have worked for over a year now, though I have been doing less gaming this past year. That changed this past month when one of the naga trinity's started having issues again. It wasn't double clicking but It felt worn and the left click was starting to feel..sluggish. While It was still usable, I'm kind of a perfectionist so I put it aside as a backup. I started using the other trinity I had received back from razer as an RMA and it was working great and hopefully still has another year left in its lifespan (hopefully more, but I do game a lot). The only reason I'm not using it right now is that I had some disposable income and felt like going back to the wireless team since I enjoyed my naga epic chroma's wireless feature a lot. So that finally brings me to my experience with this mouse. It's probably too early still to write this review but I'm going to do it anyway. I bought the refurbished version of this mouse and upon receiving it I noticed two things. The first was that it worked well with synapse immediately and was simple to plugin to my chroma dock and get to gaming. However I also noticed that the left click was very different to the trinity, and felt very strange. I told myself maybe I'd just get used to it and to an extent I did, but after a couple weeks of gaming I also noticed the middle mouse tilt button was not working at all, a button that I use religiously in OSRS to turn the camera. Tried updating the firmware but this did not fix it, and so I figured it was a result of bad hardware and a "good enough" refurbish. At this time I noticed it was prime day and that the NEW version of the mouse was on sale for prime members at just 95$ instead of 150 new (I got it refurbished originally for 115), so I decided to return the refurbished one (have yet to send it back to them) and get the new one for 95$. I just received and opened the new version today and I can confirm that I was correct. The refurbished version I ended up returning was significantly worn and had a poor left mouse click and a middle scroll tilt button that worked 20% of the time. I could see why they thought it was passable to resell but just be wary when buying refurbished products like this in the future. The new version I received I haven't used much yet, but straight out of the box it feels great and a total improvement on the naga trinity. The mouse cord feels lighter and just all around better than the trinity and older versions of the naga. Wireless aspect is great, though I am using the mouse dock chroma sold seperately. I have never had any issues with the swappable sideplates with my trinitys or the pro, but I never really use any but the 12 button mmo sideplate. I'm only hoping it holds up well but with razer you are never sure how long it'll last with heavy usage. So to sum all this up: I love Razer's mice, but only when they work. I have used their mmo mice since 2012 and the naga pro is a great wireless mmo mouse. If you can get it on sale then go for it. However, Razer's main issue is in my experience (and many others) is the lifespan of the hardware. Double clicking in particular is a huge issue with their mice. Make sure you are aware of the manufacturers warranty and utilize it if necessary, and perhaps even purchase the seperate Asurion protection plan on them as well, though I have yet to use my Asurion protection plans on my chairs and razer mice. Razer Synapse 3.0 software in my experience has been alright. I hear a lot of people have issues with it but I haven't yet since I started using it a couple years ago. The reason I stick with Razer is that I've gotten used to the naga series and I truly believe that when these mice work, they are the best for mmo gaming.
