In under a month, the phone began showing signs of a bad battery. Worked fine for a week or so, but it wasn’t until I’d integrated all my data and info and got comfortable with my new phone when it started charging way too slow. At some point it was as if the phone was charging the house. I used different cords and boxes that worked fine on other devices but not on this one. It was the phone. Eventually no charger could charge it and it got so bad that it would not turn back on even after being plugged in for enough time. By this point I had went too long without a phone since my old one got stolen, so to avoid the hassle of browsing for a different one, I exchanged this bad phone for another one JUST to experience the same problem again in under a month. I wanted so badly not to have to return this and find another, so I even went as far as to buy a wireless charger. Although it worked like a charm for a while, it only prolonged the inevitable. Now as I type this my phone is sitting on the wireless charger after about 10 hours with LESS battery life than when I placed it on there, saying “3h 5m until full.” Im not usually so harsh, but a few other reviews are saying their phones were reported STOLEN when they tried to get a data plan. Kind of triggering for me given that phone thieves are the reason I’m in this extremely inconvenient and costly chain of events, having to scratch up a few hundred dollars after I just paid off a perfectly fine phone just to land an older defective one with a bad fingerprint reader twice in a row. Please think twice about purchasing from this seller. Functionality is just great, but what does that matter if the thing won’t stay on?

Phone was accidentally sent locked, it was supposed to be unlocked. But the seller responded quickly and addressed the issue. It was unlocked the next day. No other issues, phone was in perfect and in working condition. Beautiful phone

The phone looks and preforms like new. But I did have a couple of issues. 1. The phone was at 0% when it arrived. Took about 7 hours to charge it. So of course I was worried the battery was bad. It's fine now. 2. The dust cover for the cameras/sensor kept falling off. I finally dabbed some super glue on it to stay in place and it's fine. The reason it's just a 4 star and not 5 is the fact that no one should have to do that but the seller. Because Amazon has tons of reviews that are for other products that aren't the product you're looking at, this is for the Galaxy Note 20.

The phone came in excellent condition with instructions on how to get it set up. It was unlocked and easy to set up and use.

Battery does not hold a good charge. Have to charge at least 3 times a day. Regardless if using the phone or not. By the time I go to lunch at 1 pm my battery percentage be at 45 and I don't even be on the phone. I can't have my phone out at my job. Unless I'm on lunch break

For this to be a second hand phone it is AMAZING. I haven't had any issues with it. It stays charged. It doesn't lag unless the internet at my house is jacked up. The color was correct. It had a couple little scratches on the back of it but nothing that bothered me. Quality is great. Screen quality it also good.

I loved this phone at first. Having a pressure-sensitive stylus built in was amazing as an artist. The green is very pretty. But then, randomly yesterday evening, with no provocation, the screen stopped working. It stayed black while still making sounds and vibrating as if it was functioning. My alarms still went off this morning which was difficult since the side buttons only snooze them. Today, the screen was partly working but unresponsive, like my video shows. I'm returning it, but I'm sad because I really liked this phone.

Lo compré desde Abril de este año, ya casi acabando Octubre estoy más que satisfecha, es un increíble equipo, me llegó con estética del 100% (tenía todavía los plásticos pegados como si fuera nuevo, 0 rayones, 0 golpes) sin problema para la red Telcel, rápido, fluido y con una cámara excelente, realmente corre cualquier aplicación sin problemas, bendito sean los 8GB de RAM. Es un teléfono muy eficaz y con una bateriq excelente,rinde todo el día a pesar del uso constante y la pluma es un gran plus, sirve como herramienta extra por ejemplo para al cámara, estoy muy satisfecha con mi compra pero debo reconocer que tuve muchísima suerte. Ha resistido golpes duros y caídas y sigue a la perfección, equipazo estoy mega feliz!

El teléfono llegó bien, aunque la presentación fue un poco malaria ya que venía en una caja sin nada más que protecciones burbujas y una bolsa inflada, el teléfono es el note 20, funciona de maravilla pero al ser reacondicionado puede llegarte de mejor o peor forma, en mi caso solo tenía un pequeñísimo desgaste de pintura en la parte donde se carga y tiene un problema de pantalla fantasma en donde están los botones de acción (atrás, home, aplicaciones) y en donde marca la batería, pero sinceramente en mi caso son lugares que nunca me van a arruinar la experiencia, de hecho se camuflan la mayoría del tiempo, por el precio no me pareció algo malo

Llego antes de la fecha indicada en pertectisimas condiciones 10 de 10 solo no venia el cuadro para conectar a la luz y el cable genérico, pero esta super excelente por ahora lo estoy probando ya que tengo un dia usándolo pero todo excelente la pila muy duradera por el momento

Fue la mejor compra que he hecho, nunca pense que tuviera un celular de tal gamma a tan bajo precio, es muy cómodo, muy rendidor y realmente no le falla nada.
