Perfect fit and expertly made
Fits scout style lights perfectly. Streamlight Protac, Streamlight HLX, Surefire scout, or anything else that utilizes similar mounting on the underneath will work flawlessly with this mount. Bought this for my own Streamlight HLX as the included offset mount was incompatible with the use of a MBUS front iron sight. This mount has 3 holes to secure the light to the mount in different positions. Moving the light to the furthest slot gave me enough room to clear the front sight. The metal and hardware are all higher quality as well. I very much recommend this mount.

Excellent mount. Best in the industry.
This mount is the best. Moves your light up and right where your thumb can manipulate the button. It works on a Sig MPX even though the Sig rail is weird and thick. You'll have to buy slightly longer screws. It doesn't cover all the metal on the stream light or surefire mounting surface as one reviewer mentioned but it makes no actual difference. If you don't have OCD you'll be fine. If you do I suggest you order the arisaka scout body as they remove the unnecessary metal that protrudes off the side of the scout and stream light bodies. Imo if you have OCD you should just buy an arisaka light or build one with a malkoff head. Or get on the correct medication.

Buy it
I bought this mount probably 7 years ago. I still have it on my piece today. Arisaka is good stuff.

handguard didn't have offset mlok
my handguard didn't have offset mlok, but i wanted to mount my weapon light offset so that my suppressor wasn't blocking as much of the lighting. this attached easily to my 3:00 mlok, but allowed me to offset my streamlight into the 1:30 so that the suppressor wasn't cutting out half of the light being emitted. i'm already using the inline mount on a different gun that did have offset mlok and knew arisaka to be the quality i wanted for easily mounting options for my light.

Does its job
Like everyone says, it shouldn't be this expensive but you also can't beat it if you care about quality. Only issue is on one rifle I couldn't put it where I wanted because it held the light so close to the handguard it hit the flip up sight. Switched it to another rifle with a slightly different handguard and everything fit together great.

Buy once cry once
Very nicely machined and very well coated. Can't knock American made quality parts and arisaka is exceptional with everything they make. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because of the price. 45$ for a bent piece of metal (even though its billet and not cast) is ridiculous. But its a necessary evil if you're mounting a light to your mlok rail and you want the best mount on the planet. 5 star piece of hardware. But that price knocks it down a star. Would I buy again?...sigh...yeah. I would. It's an expensive hobby we have
