It was working perfectly fine until one day when it wasn't giving any backup. Since mine was in warranty i got a new replacement as well in 72 hours.

I bought it in sept 2024. Initially it worked well. Slowly the backup time reduced and after a year, it is less than a min - like 20 seconds.

This has to be one of the best products I have ever purchased. I had an issue where the product didn't work after the warenty period. Assuming that I should just contact the customer service team and have the product repaired, they infact sent me a new one free of cost to make sure that I have no issues with the product. The people at customer service that I spoke to were so helpful... they had everything done for me from shipping the new product to helping me with making sure that the product was installed quick and easy. I really wish other companies do the same for their customers instead of just sending them away and not helping. That being said, in terms of functionality, I am amazed that the product is able to keep up to the time that is specified on the manuel. The battery life is exactly as mentioned on the website and the box. Only one suggestion to anyone buying, please make sure that you check the specifications on the router before buying.

UPS is quite good, somehow after one year of usage, It stopped working. Not sure why? However, I got great support from Qakter customer care. It was quick. Customer care was quick enough to reply. I will get the replacement from them. thanks to customer care team. Appreciate it.
