Straight forward to build, instructions aren't the most user friendly - take an extra minute or two to read these! quality felt fairly good considering the price, not too heavy once built, decent size and accurate to measurements on the description, overall, really happy with the finish, quality and look.

Bought this unit for a small room and it has fitted in excellent One of the best packed self build units I have ever received, packaging was excellent and everything was well protected and on opening I noticed all the components were individually marked making the assembly process very straight forward, although it still took well over four hours to assemble, which was not a problem It’s a very sturdy unit with good size drawers Would definitely recommend

For the price this is a reasonable product. Arrived with a sizeable hole in the packaging and the product damaged. Customer service to get it replaced was excellent and speedy - a very rare example of great customer service. It did take my partner (a handyman with all the necessary tools) way more than an hour to finally complete its construction. The reason for dropping a star is the drawers are stiff and don’t glide well. Perhaps a spot of oil will help. They are NOT soft close easy glide drawers as one review claims.

The unit is very sturdy for flat pack and looks great. The reason for the review was the way customer services dealt an issue. There was a small issue with one of the components, I logged a call and within an hour customer service had called back and arrange for replacement part to be sent out. It arrived the next day! What excellent customer service. A rare thing these days. Thoroughly recommend this seller.

Stunning quality of drawers. They were delivered quickly and had easy to follow instructions. Took about 2 hours to build and are quite heavy to move once built. Drawers are soft close and deep. The gloss white finish is excellent.

Terrible, started with FedEx delivering to the wrong address giving me a wild goose chase. The larger screws are not in the correct place (hole not in the correct place) so the runners dont run side by side AND where 2 screws are situated makes it impossible for a drawer to even fit. The holes where the smaller screws are supposed to go in the runners are vertually not existant. One corner was completely buggered. Had to keep coming away from trying to build this chest, more stress than it was worth from the very start. Sending back

I won't lie to you, the instructions are abit meh, definitely something you have to look over a few times before committing and moving to the next step. It's a tedious build simply because your doing the same thing OVER AND OVER because there's so many drawers, runners, draw bases etc that go into the build. Once it is built it is a STRONG unit with smooth opening and closing drawers. Would definitely recommend.

Product received on time but was tricky to put together so please make sure instructions are properly as they are confusing, I slowly managed to put together but where some of the screws go in drawer runners some of drawers don’t close properly so that’s not great, once it is together it is sturdy and strong so I think the price a little bit too much for something that doesn’t close up as it should, not well designed on that part. As you can see on pics, 3 drawers to the left are close properly and 4 to the right are not closed and have gaps.
