Completely worthless
I got the correct software and tried to get it to work. It will read blank tags but not anything else. My Flipper Zero can emulate my work ID, hotel keys, and a gate key. This thing cannot clone anything. My work ID takes less than a second to read on the Flipper. This thing gets stuck in an auth loop for hours and the device light goes out. For some cards, the app crashes and restarts. Find something else with better/more reviews.

It beeps when exposed to a card. And that's all.
Software does not work, device does not recognize in Windows. It does however validate that a card is enabled with a beep. And that is all.

Gahbage.
Straight garbage. How am I supposed to even use it if it comes with 0 instructions. And why do I have to download software? Just let me read and write the cards, why do I gotta do all this extra stuff

It literally just doesn't work.
This product came with no drivers or other software installed, and windows could not recognize the device. It beeps when you move the fobs near it, but that's about it.

I bought this to clone my apartment key fobs, but it was a total waste of time. The software is extremely difficult to install and most of it is in Chinese. It failed to decrypt even basic cards and the device feels very cheaply made. Save your money and find a more professional tool.

The reader works well with the fobs, the tags are a bit flaky. The software is supposed to be on the USB storage part of the reader but is not. There is no way to get a user manual and there does not seem to be a LIBO web site. Finding a software that is compatible is troublesome and the only one I found that actually works keeps reverting to Chinese interface (wCopy NFC Reader Read and Write Tool).

Our building fob was malfunctioning (fob itself) and building wanted $40 for replacement. Tried this for $34 for the machine plus bunch of extra fobs. I got lucky that it's the same frequency. Software is clunky but its' free so i copied old fob and made new copies. Tested and all works. Now for $34 i have bunch of fobs that work. Device is cheap, software is clunky but if you i was able to figure it out and make it work without any special knowledge or experience. Definitely recommend if frequency of your fob matches to this device.
