Perfect for our diy swing set

It was very difficult to install this product. It requires multiple bolts to be tightened and multiple times of alignment. I can’t remember the socket size, I want to say a 10mm for the eight bolts and nuts and an 18mm for the anchor bolt. You need deep sockets. Once you align it and have it measured, you then need to use a marker to color the hole for the anchor bolt to have its hole drilled. You need an1 inch drill bit and I suggest a drill guide as well. Once the anchor bolt is installed through the beam, everything seems to tighten up. Once everything was installed, it was easy to attach the glider and I am very happy with the performance of this product. The previous glider adapter was wood and rotted. Very happy to know there will be no rotting and the bolts fit very tightly to reduce moisture damage. There is also no stress on the beam when the glider is in use due to the large anchor holes and bolts. The only drawback is this required a trip to the hardware store for the drillbit (and sockets if you don’t have them) and it took a labor intensive time to install.

Rusted out after 23 months. Expected it to last longer. Description said it was stainless steel. Stainless steel doesn't rust.

Didn’t need it. Kept it to long to return.

Drilled a couple of holes. All you need was attached. Easy to figure out how to place this on a 4x4. Thank you.
