Super~!
These are really nice. I was surprised dhow nice they were. They stay up really well and are strong and do the job. No leg swelling if I wear these. Going to order another pair.

Good quality, fits per chart
Bought this for post operative swelling after hip replacement surgery. It was a bit confusing to pick the right size, but going by the provided size chart proved accurate. And, there is no consistency that I have been able to see between different brands of these things. One brand had me at a size M while another one had made a size L and this brand had me at size XXL. Their size codes do not relate to anything else. I'm a 6 ft tall 200 lb guy with medium legs. My measurements put me at an XXL on the chart. I don't wear XXL in anything else so just don't pay much attention to that. Some of these support hose at the stores cost $50 and more. These for the price are an excellent buy. They have a heavy duty construction that seems would be durable for a lot of wear. Very comfortable though offer appropriate compression. Nothing like hose or tights that are thin and flimsy. If I need more of these I will be coming back to this brand and size.

Evaluation of Performance and Quality of Manufacture
The product performs well but there seems to be a quality issue. I bought 3 pair, and one of the pair had a defect in one of the socks: a small hole in the ankle area that may eventually cause the sock to unravel. However, so far (several days of use and a few washings), the small hole has not expanded. The socks are very tight in the ankle area (as I want them to be) and keep the swelling in my legs and thighs to a minimum. Without the socks, the swelling at ankle, calf, and mid-thigh can be 2 inches or more. With the socks, the swelling is never more than a half inch and is often a quarter inch or undetectable.

Comfortable and necessary after knee surgery
Finally, after my knee surgery I have a stocking that doesn't cut off the circulation or cause a rash. I highly recommend these over the commercial hospital grade compression stockings.

Elastic wore out after two weeks
I ordered these according to my measurements and they seemed great, but now the elastic at the top has already worn out after only two weeks of wear. I made sure to pull them up gradually, not just by the top so I’m not sure why this happened so quickly. Before that, they seemed to be working well and gave my legs relief. The only other complaint is that they bunch behind the knees and at the ankles, which is pretty uncomfortable if you have a sitting job.
